Dello Mano established in 2006 and was the catalyst that drove the Australian Brownie Revolution. "Up until our decision to reinvent Brownies, they were the forgotten dessert amidst a very heated Cup Cake and Macron world" says Bien Peralta* Dello Mano Co - Founder with his wife Deborah. "Of course since our launch of Dello Mano Luxury Brownies, times have moved on and we've spawned a micro market of brownie producers across Australia" continues Peralta.
With a long held base in Teneriffe, Dello Mano has now expanded to the Brisbane CBD to make a more direct offer to it's city based followers. " Many years ago, we were first to the Brisbane City Jan Power's Markets with Brownies. In fact, we were at the very first Farmers market there at the end of the Brisbane Queen St. Mall and continued with our unique and ground breaking Brownie stall for many years. During that time we developed many long term and valued customers and friends. so now we've settled our Teneriffe store, we've decided it's time to be back in the city to make it easier for those Original and crusading Brownie lovers".

The new Dello Mano Tattersalls Arcade Salon offers, its range of artisan hand made chocolate and cake produce and continues its long standing relationship with premium coffee roaster Di Bella .
