An Australian summer is not complete without a Pavlova. Recently, Dello Mano has launched a traditional Pavlova in preparation for this festive season. Without getting into a heated debate over its origins, the Pavlova is the perfect dessert for an Australian Christmas in the sun.

A traditional Pavlova combines luscious meringue with fresh whipped cream and fresh Summer fruits. The perfect meringue must be cooked low and slow in order to achieve a crisp outer yet light and luscious centre.

Achieving the perfect meringue can take some practice, but Dello Mano’s skilled pastry chefs have created the perfect balance with this new addition to the cake range.
