Although Dello Mano made its start at the New Farm Farmers’ Market back in 2006, we spent many years sharing our delicious brownies and cakes at the Marina Mirage Farmers’ Market. These humble beginnings saw us build great relationships with dedicated foodies on the Gold Coast, many of whom we’re proud to say are still clients of ours today.
Over the years we’ve continued to deliver to the Gold Coast region daily but more recently we’ve created a new partnership with Fresco, an award-winning cheesemaker and cheese wholesaler. Building this partnership has meant a lot to us because we are committed to offering our customers exceptional handcrafted food made with care using high-quality ingredients. Fresco has been operating on the Gold Coast for 30 years and as a fellow family-run small business, their artisan cheese making comes from a special connection to family and culture – just like us!

We wanted our Gold Coast customers to access and enjoy our Luxury cakes, birthday cakes, and Luxury brownies with ease! Not only does the team at Fresco align with our strong values, but they also offer our Gold Coast local customers an improved customer service experience. Fresco stocks our range of cakes and brownies and can fulfil orders from their Burleigh Heads shop. They also offer click and collect - the perfect option for when you want to order ahead of time and pick up your treats when it suits.
