Depending on your time of order the delivery is normally 1-2 days.
Our courier companies offer next day delivery to Australian Capital Cities ( excluding Darwin) assuming your brownie order is with us before 11am.
Brownie Delivery to non capital city destinations generally can take from 1-4 days with 2 being the average. Our Brownies are sent with thermal protection so protected for this journey.
We do all we can to organise delivery on a certain day though we send brownies by courier so it is not possible to be absolute on a delivery day ( except Brisbane Brownie orders before 11 am for metro Brisbane)
We ask for an authority to leave on all of our deliveries. Having said that, apartments are notoriously hard to leave a delivery. Unless there is an On Site Manager or somewhere safe to leave the parcel, it is always best to send brownies to a workplace rather than a home address. Unfortunately, if you choose to send to an apartment then we cannot take responsibility for safe arrival or the condition of the brownies.
All of our brownie deliveries ( and all deliveries) are automatically assigned an Authority to Leave. That is your order is given an Authority to Leave. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility if the courier company has documented proof of the delivery to an address whether it be attended or unattended.
We've been delivering our brownies since 2006 to workplaces and homes across Australia and the world. We send our brownie delivery with quality courier companies ensuring that your brownie delivery reaches you safe and in perfect condition. We thermally protect our brownies so that when they arrive at your gift recipients door they are fresh and ready to enjoy.
When you brownie delivery arrives at your or your recipients home simply pop them back in the fridge and enjoy your brownies chilled.
Generally, our , couriers promise Next Day Australian Capital City brownie delivery. Darwin and other towns will take approximately 2-4 days to arrive.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver brownies on weekends or on Public Holidays. In addition, as we use couriers it is important to note that often days around Public Holidays can also be difficult for brownie delivery - particularly the days between Christmas and New Year. It is our recommendation to send brownies in advance of Christmas or special days or holidays by allowing several days grace to allow for courier heavy traffic.
We deliver brownies to many international countries. You may call 1300 661 682 to discuss the country concerned though generally speaking, we have not experienced any issue sending our brownies internationally. To maintain the freshness of our delicious chocolate brownies and produce, our shipping rate includes air freight so that the Brownies reach their destination without any quality compromise. Since each country has varying rules relating to food importation, customs, duty and other regulations, it is recommended as best to check with the referring customs at the country of your destination.
We offer cake delivery to Brisbane CBD and surrounding suburbs. Orders before 11am can generally be delivered same day Brisbane Metro though a 24 hour notice period is recommended to protect against particularly busy kitchen days.
Suburbs outside of the general Brisbane CBD area can generally receive a cake delivery on the same day however the order must be in before 10 am and please note that outside CBD suburbs will attract an additional courier fee.
We do not deliver cakes to some outer suburbs, nor country or coastal towns or outside of Brisbane. Please call first to discuss if the suburb for cake delivery is outside Brisbane Metro.
We deliver our hampers and gift boxes Australian Wide and Internationally. Presentation of the hamper may vary depending on where you wish to send the hamper. We retain the right to pack the hamper in an appropriate way to protect its contents and this may include if sending outside Brisbane to other parts of Australia or internationally, additional thermal protection, bubble wrapping, cartons etc. We do everything we can to present the hamper beautifully though prioritise the hamper arriving in excellent condition.
