School holidays in Queensland were delayed over the weekend due to Covid. The State Government is saying that the next few weeks are critical in controlling the rapid rise of Covid infections and that this delay will help.
Our New Farm store trades as normal today from 7am till 5pm. We're short staffed so please know that we are trying our best to provide the Dello Mano service we have delivered for the past 15 years. We like every other small business have had so much to contend with over the past 2 years. Got to admit it is tough times so please we appreciate your understanding. .

Our online store is open. We offer brownie delivery Australia wide. Delivery of chocolate gift baskets, brownie gifts and hamper gifts are all operating as normal.
Cake delivery Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast is operating as usual. Please have Coast cake delivery orders in by noon the day before so we can organise delivery for you.

Shot some new images of our Divine Chocolate Mousse Cake. A gorgeous cake. When we first developed it, as a chocolate lover I thought it to be divine. So we named it that!
It has a base of the Original Classic Brownie. First launched in 2006 the Original Classic Brownie led the way in innovation creating a new style brownie, brownie gift box and created a whole new market segment of brownie makers. Any cake starting with this Brownie is going to be good. Handmade using real eggs and Belgian Chocolate the base is deliciously chocolatey.
We pile Dark Chocolate Mousse on top of the base. Our mousse is a lovely velvet texture. It's not gel like as we like our chocolate mousse firm and with strong taste and texture!
Drizzled chocolate ganache over the cake and handmade chocolate decorations make for a wonderful cake or dessert. Available in 3 sizes to cater for all your gatherings - 16cm, 24cm and 30 cm
We offer this cake delivery to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Coast orders please place by noon the previous day - weekday delivery only.
Good news too for Gluten Free Cake lovers, the Divine Chocolate Mousse cake can be made in a gluten free variant.
