Diary 22 Jan 22 - Today baking in our home kitchen we made a chocolate custard and caramel tart. The combination of handmade sweet pastry with caramel and chocolate custard is a real treat.
Diary 21 Jan 22. Following a night enjoying the delicious birthday cake created by Roberto Rinaldini for Frederico Fellini's 100th birthday, we decided to visit his Rimini store. Located about 30 minutes away from our Airbnb we walked across enjoying the canal, suburban streets and even a quick walk on the Adriatic coast! The walk turned out to be a little longer though breakfast was worth the wait.
A reflection of this day 2020. A crowd gathered at the Piazza Cavour to celebrate what would have been the 100th birthday of Frederico Fellini. Born in Rimini, Frederico today is considered one of the greatest movie directors of all time. The street party culminated with the serving of a 2 metre high birthday cake.

Diary Update 18 Jan 22 - In the kitchen today we're decorating Vegan Brownie Jewel Box Cakes. Our brownie jewel box cake is available in Classic, Gluten Free cake and Vegan cake. A small update too on the competition we're running to support small business.
Covid care kits are recommended by the government as we all plan for the peak expected in the next few weeks. As a small family business we've initiated a plan for home and also for our business.
